Ingredients:

• 1 large chicken, cut into 8 portions
• 2 cups flour
• 3 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. black pepper
• 1 tsp. paprika
• 2 cups Milk
• Vegetable oil
• Add the spices to the flour

Method:

  1. Dip the chicken in the milk.
  2. Coat with the flour.
  3. Place on a towel to dry.
  4. Fry the chicken in little oil to brown on both sides.
  5. Remove from the pan and place in a baking tray.
  6. Bake in an oven at 150 degrees C for one hour.
