Ingredients:

• Black dal – 1/2 cup
• Rajma – 1/2 cup
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Onion – 1 medium.
• Tomato – 1 medium
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
• Curd – 1/2 cup
• Milk – 1/4 cup
• Butter – 1/2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Wash and soak dal for an hour.
  2. Pressure cook the dal with salt and turmeric.
  3. Cook for 1 whistle and switch off the flame, do not open.
  4. Cut the onion and tomato into small pieces.
  5. Put all the other ingredients into dal and boil till dal becomes soft and mix well.
  6. Before serving garnish with a little butter and coriander leaves.
