
Ingredients:
• 1 can – Tuna fish
• 4 – large Potatoes
• 1 – large Onion
• 3 – Green chillies
• 3 pod – Garlic
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• Coriander leaves
• 2 – eggs
• 1 tsp – pepper
• 1/2 tsp – Kashmiri chilli powder
• vegetable oil for frying
• bread crumbs
• salt to taste
• plain flour
Method:
- Boil potatoes in the cooker. Cool and then mash.
- Drain the water from the tuna can and then add tuna to the mashed potatoes.
- Then slightly fry the onions, ginger, garlic.
- Add to the mashed potatoes and tuna.
- Add the coriander leaves, pepper and salt to taste.
- Make them into small balls and then flatten them.
- Beat eggs.
- Place each tuna ball into the plain flour, then egg batter and the breadcrumbs.
- Shallow fry them.
- Serve hot with sauce.
