Ingredients:

• 1/2 tin – sweetened condensed Milk
• 250 g – Tofu (silken) or low fat Paneer
• 2 tbsp – skimmed Milk powder
• 50 g – fresh fruits, chopped into small cubes (apple, pear, grapes)
• 1 tbsp – Honey
• silver varakh

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients except fruit cubes, into a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer to a thick bottomed pan and heat, stirring continuously.
  3. Once the mixture is heated thoroughly, reduce the flame.
  4. Cook on low fire, stirring continuously, for 15 minutes or till the mixture is dry enough.
  5. Cool it slightly.
  6. Add the chopped fruits and mix well.
  7. Pour onto a greased plate. Leave to cool.
  8. When cooled, place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  9. Decorate with silver varakh, and garnish with chopped pista.
  10. Cut into shapes and serve.
