Ingredients:

• 500 g – Paneer (prepare small Paneer balls)
• 4 tbsp – Corn flour
• 10-15 – Green chilli (medium size)
• 2 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp – chilli sauce
• 2 tbsp – soya sauce
• Salt to taste
• Oil
• 1 – green Capsicum
• 4 – onions.

Method:

  1. Mix paneer balls with corn flour and fry it with oil in a kadai till it becomes brown.
  2. In a separate kadai, fry the onions with oil till brown.
  3. Cut green chilli into small pieces and add it to the fried onion.
  4. Then put small cut pieces of capsicum and fry it for sometime.
  5. Add fried paneer to it.
  6. Then drop tomato/chill/soya sauce into kadai.
  7. Add salt and stir it for 3-4 minutes. Now the dish is ready. Serve it hot with Naan or Parathas.
