Ingredients:

• 200 g – home-made Paneer
• 250 g – fat-free Cream
• 200 g – skim Milk powder
• 80 g – fine Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 2 tsp – Pistachio chopped
• a few Saffron strands

Method:

  1. Mix milk powder and cream.
  2. Cook in microwave for 2 mins and mix well.
  3. Repeat for 6-7 times, cool it down and add sugar.
  4. Add paneer, cardamom powder and saffron strands and mix well.
  5. If the mix is too thick, add cream garnish with pistachio pieces.
