Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Mango pulp
• 1/4 cup – tapioca pearls
• 1/2 cup – Almond Milk
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• A few – Cashew nuts
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• Almond Flakes for garnishing

Method:

  1. Cook tapioca pearls with enough water until they get cooked.
  2. Add the mango pulp, almond milk, sugar and stir them continuously until the sugar gets dissolved.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the ghee and fry the cashew nuts. Add this to the hot kheer.
  4. Garnish the kheer with few almond flakes.
  5. Serve hot or chilled as per your wish.
