Ingredients:
• Boiled Potatoes – 1 kg
• Peas – 1/2 kg
• Onions – 2 (finely chopped)
• Salt, chilli, Turmeric powder to taste
• 2 tsps – Kala Masala
• Breadcrumbs powder – 1 cup
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Mash boiled potatoes and make a dough by adding a little salt. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in pan and add onions. Fry till a little pinkish, then add peas.
- Stir and add turmeric and chilli powder as per taste.
- Then add 2 tsp of kala masala, salt and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Allow it to cool.
- Make patties by stuffing potato dough with prepared bhajji and rolling in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry patties in oil till golden brown.
- Serve with sauce.
