Ingredients:
• 3 cups – boiled Rice
• 1.5 tsp – Methi
• 1/2 cup – Coconut water
• Baking soda – a pinch
Method:
- Soak overnight boiled rice and methi in different vessels.
- First grind methi into fine paste and pour into a vessel and then grind the rice and mix with methi paste.
- After mixing it properly add coconut water.
- Before preparing dosa add a bit of baking soda.
- Make the dosa and enjoy with potato stew or coconut chutney.
