Ingredients:

• 3 cups – boiled Rice
• 1.5 tsp – Methi
• 1/2 cup – Coconut water
• Baking soda – a pinch

Method:

  1. Soak overnight boiled rice and methi in different vessels.
  2. First grind methi into fine paste and pour into a vessel and then grind the rice and mix with methi paste.
  3. After mixing it properly add coconut water.
  4. Before preparing dosa add a bit of baking soda.
  5. Make the dosa and enjoy with potato stew or coconut chutney.
