Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – Nutella – 1 cup
• 1 cup – Maida (All Purpose Flour )
• 1/4 cup – Cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup – Yoghurt
• 1/3 cup – Oil
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 3 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Vanilla essence
• 1/3 cup – Walnuts/ Hazelnuts/Cashewnuts/Almonds
• 1 tsp – Baking powder
• 1 tsp – Instant coffee powder.
Method:
- Sift the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder together for an even mixing.
- Melt the nutella in the microwave for 2 mins.
- Now in a wide bowl, add milk, yogurt, oil, vanilla essence and sugar and mix well.
- Add this to the nutella and mix thoroughly.
- Pour this to the sifted flour mixture and fold gently and evenly.
- Add the finely chopped nuts and mix it.
- Transfer this to a greased baking tin ( square tin) and bake in a 190 degrees C preheated oven for 30 mins.
- Insert a tooth pick in the centre, If it comes out clean, take out from the oven and cool for 15 mins.
- Cut into squares and serve.
