Ingredients:
• 1 cup – urad dal, soaked and ground into a paste
• 3 cups – Long grain Rice, soaked and ground into a paste (add three handfuls of cooked Rice while grinding the Rice.)
Method:
- Mix the urad daal and rice batter.
- Add salt and set it aside for a few hours.
- Pour into idli moulds and steam.
