
Ingredients:
• Oats – 1 cup
• Buttermilk – 1 cup
• Rice – 1 cup
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak the oats in buttermilk for two hours.
- Soak the rice in water for two hours.
- Grind them separately and mix them together.
- Add salt to it. Make the dosa.
- Variation: Add chopped onions, green chillies and coriander to it.
