Ingredients:
• palada-200g
• Milk -3 liters
• sugar-750g
• cardamom-10
• butter-1 tsp
Method:
- Wash palada and soak in boiling water for 20 mins. Drain. Boil 3 litres of milk with half litre water. Add soaked ada into the boiling milk and cook until the ada becomes very soft to touch.
- Add 750g sugar and boil the mixture until the colour of milk turns to mild-pink from milk-white.
- Remove vessel from fire and add one spoon of cardamom powder (powder 10 cardamom with 10 g sugar). Also add one tsp butter and mix properly.
- Your paladaprathaman is ready to serve hot/cold.
