
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 4 cups – palak, chopped
• 2 – onion, chopped
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1.5 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – dhaniya powder
• 1 tsp – Jeera powder
• 2 tsp – Tamarind pulp
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
Method:
- Wash chicken pieces and marinate with salt, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric and ginger garlic paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and fry light brown in colour.
- Then add the chicken pieces and fry for 2 mins.
- Add palak to the chicken and mix well.
- Add tamarind pulp, then add a 1/2 cup water mix well and let it cook till done.
- Serve with rice or roti.
