
Ingredients:
• 2 bunches – Palak
• 200 g – Paneer
• 1 – onion, large
• 2 – tomatoes, large
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1/4 tsp – Haldi powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli power
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Pressure cook the palak, tomatoes and green chillies for 5 mins.
- Blend using a hand blender.
- Heat oil in kadai and fry chopped onion till it is soft.
- Add ginger and garlic paste.
- Add paneer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add salt, haldi, red chilli powder and cook for another 1-2 mins.
- Add the blended palak and cook for 2-3 mins.
