Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Paneer (grated)
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 tsp – Almonds (sliced)
• A pinch of Kesar
• 1 tsp – chirongi
Method:
- Heat milk in a pan reduce it till half.
- Add in rest of the ingredients and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Serve hot or if you like it cold, chill it in the fridge and enjoy!
