Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – coarsely ground black pepper Corns
• 1 tsp – white pepper powder
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 cup – water
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 3 – green chillies-slit lengthwise
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Blend ginger garlic paste add salt, black pepper, and white pepper.
  2. Marinate chicken in this paste for 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil in kadai and add the chicken pieces.
  4. Stir fry for 10-15 mins.
  5. Lower the heat and add the green chillies and water.
  6. Simmer until chicken is tender.
  7. Add lemon juice and serve hot.
