Ingredients:
• Cauliflower – 100 g
• French beans – 100 g
• Carrot – 100 g
• Cabbage – 100 g
• Capsicum – 100 g
• Onion – 100 g
• jinomoto – 1/4 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• Green chillies- 3-4
• Vinegar – 1 tbsp
• Chilli sauce- 2 tbsp
• For sauce:
• Brown Vinegar – 3/4 cup
• Sugar – 3/4cup.
Method:
- Cut the beans into 1 inch pieces, slice the carrots and the onion.
- Cut the cabbage and capsicum into big pieces. Add to the brown vinegar, sugar in a vessel, mix well and then boil it.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in vessel, add all the vegetables, ajinomoto and cook on a high flame for 3-4 mins.
- Add the sauce, salt and cook for 2 mins.
- Serve with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
