
Ingredients:
• 4 – large Potatoes (boiled and mashed).
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies (chopped).
• 2 cups – gram flour.
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves (finely chopped).
• 1/6 tsp – Garam Masala powder.
• 1/6 tsp – Turmeric powder.
• Red Chilli powder to taste.
• oil.
• salt to taste.
Method:
- Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander leaves and green chillies to the mashed potato and mix well.
- Take the gram flour in a bowl, add turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder.
- Add a little water bit by bit, mixing the ingredients with hand to prepare the batter (neither too thick nor too loose).
- Make small balls of the potato mixture.
- Dip the balls in the batter and deep-fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney.
