
Ingredients:
• 450 g – mutton/lamb chops
• 2 tsp – Mustard Seeds (roasted and powdered)
• 1.5 tbsp – black pepper (roasted and powdered)
• 1tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 cup – cut Onion
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• salt to taste
Method:
- Grind all the items except mutton and oil.
- Heat the oil in the pressure pan and add the mutton.
- Stir for 3 mins and pour in the ground mixture.
- Stir for 3 minutes, add a little water and cover.
- Let it cook for 3 to 4 whistles or till the mutton is cooked.
