
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – grated Beetroot
• 1 tbsp – grated Carrot
• 1/4 cup – soaked Peanuts or cashews
• Jaggery to taste (else alternatively use salt)
Method:
- Mix all above ingredients together to make a tasty salad.
- It is very different from the usual salads.
- If you are calorie conscious, avoid the nuts.
- Instead add salt and chopped green chillies and temper with mustard, cumin and urad dal in 1/4 tsp oil.
