Ingredients:

• 1 cup – grated Beetroot
• 1 tbsp – grated Carrot
• 1/4 cup – soaked Peanuts or cashews
• Jaggery to taste (else alternatively use salt)

Method:

  1. Mix all above ingredients together to make a tasty salad.
  2. It is very different from the usual salads.
  3. If you are calorie conscious, avoid the nuts.
  4. Instead add salt and chopped green chillies and temper with mustard, cumin and urad dal in 1/4 tsp oil.
