Ingredients:

• 2 cups – cooked black Chickpeas
• 1 – Onion big and chopped
• 1 – Tomato big and chopped
• 5 – Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp – ginger, grated
• 1 tbsp – Channa masala powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• 1 tbsp – kasuri Methi
• Salt
• Oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic and ginger, fry for a few seconds.
  2. Add the onions and fry them until they turn translucent
  3. Add the tomatoes, salt, channa masala powder, cumin seed powder, chaat masala, crushed fenugreek leaves and simmer for few mins.
  4. Add the cooked black chickpeas, along with water and cook until it gets thickens
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
