
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – cooked black Chickpeas
• 1 – Onion big and chopped
• 1 – Tomato big and chopped
• 5 – Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp – ginger, grated
• 1 tbsp – Channa masala powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• 1 tbsp – kasuri Methi
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic and ginger, fry for a few seconds.
- Add the onions and fry them until they turn translucent
- Add the tomatoes, salt, channa masala powder, cumin seed powder, chaat masala, crushed fenugreek leaves and simmer for few mins.
- Add the cooked black chickpeas, along with water and cook until it gets thickens
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
