Ingredients:

• 10-15-curry leaves
• a small bunch of 10 stems-coriander leaves
• 1- big Plum Tomato
• 2 tbsp-oil
• 1 tbsp-mustard
• 1 tbsp-jeera
• 2-3 tbsp-rasam powder
• salt

Method:

  1. Grind curry leaves, coriander leaves, tomato, rasam powder and salt with water.
  2. Then in a kadai pour the oil and put mustard and jeera let it splutter.
  3. Then add the ground mixture.
  4. Allow it to boil for 4 to 5 mins (add more water, salt, rasam powder if necessary). Goes well with cooked rice with ghee and papad.
