Ingredients:

• 5 cups – cooked Rice
• 1/2 lb – ground Meat
• 1/3 cup – diced Onions
• 3 Cloves Garlic
• 1 (15.00 ounces) can – Chickpeas
• seasoning to taste
• 1 tsp – all spice
• 3/4 tsp – Cinnamon
• 1 tbsp – seasoning salt or salt
• 1 tbsp – Garlic powder
• 1 tsp – black pepper

Method:

  1. In a pot combine onions, chopped garlic, seasonings and ground meat and brown
  2. Try to keep the meat from forming large clumps, so keep stirring often.
  3. Once it’s almost brown, add drained can of chickpeas and let meat brown further.
  4. When meat is browned drain any remaining fat from pan and add rice and stir until well blended.
