Ingredients:

• 150 gms – Flour, Maida – (Refined) or Corn flour
• 115 gms – Butter Cream
• 85 gms – Sugar
• 1 – eggs
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 1 tsp – Vanilla essence
• 55 gms – Cornflakes, crushed.

Method:

  1. Sieve the flour in a bowl.
  2. Then cream the butter and sugar, until its fluffy.
  3. Now add the egg, a little lime juice and the essence, and mix well.
  4. Then add the flour to it and knead it into a dough.
  5. Divide the dough into 15 portions, and shape them into circles.
  6. Now roll them in the crushed cornflakes.
  7. Arrange in a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 325 F for 30 minutes.
