Ingredients:

• 25 oz – soft Tofu for soup
• 4 oz – Pork Meat
• 8 oz – kimchi
• 5 – clams
• 1 – green Onion
• Meat seasoning:
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/2 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – Sesame seed oil
• Ground black pepper
• Soup seasoning:
• 2 tbsp – ground red pepper
• 1 tbsp – soy sauce for soup
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• Ground black pepper

Method:

  1. Clean clams.
  2. Cut pork into small, thin pieces.
  3. Add meat seasoning and mix.
  4. Chop kimchi.
  5. Heat a pot over high heat, coat it with oil, and stir in pork and kimchi.
  6. Reduce heat to medium, and add 1/2 cup water.
  7. Add clams, tofu and soup seasoning.
  8. Over medium low heat, boil the soup for 45 mins.
  9. Add salt for taste.
  10. Add green onion right at the end.
  11. Serve hot.
