Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Soya chunks/ Meal Maker
• 3 cups – Water
• 3 tbsp – Milk
• 1- Capsicum
• 1 – Onion
• 4-5 Pods- Garlic
• 1 Tbsp – Soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• Coriander leaves, chopped- 1/4 cup
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Boil the soya chunks in water, milk and salt.
- Adding milk suppresses the smell of soya chunks.
- Let it boil for 12-15 mins. Keep it standing for 10 mins.
- Now chop the garlic and the onions finely and the capsicum into cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic and the onions and saute for 4- 5 minutes on a medium flame.
- Meanwhile drain the water from the soya chunks and squeeze out the excess water.
- When the onions turn pink, add the red chilli powder, salt and soya sauce.
- Add the capsicum and saute for some time in high flame for 2 mins. Then add the soya chunks and mix well.
- Garnish with the coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with vegetable fried rice or rotis.
