Ingredients:
• Marie biscuits – 10
• 1/2 cup – Besan
• 1/2 tsp – Chilli powder
• salt
• A pinch – Asafoetida
• Eno fruit salt
• Oil to deep fry
Method:
- In a bowl, take besan, add chilli powder, salt, asafoetida and Eno fruit salt and mix with water to a semi-solid consistency.
- Break the Marie biscuits into 2 halves, dip in mixture and deep fry.
- Serve
