
Ingredients:
• 2 Pomfret fish (boiled, skinned, deboned and mashed)
• 3 to 4 Green chillies (crushed)
• 1 piece Ginger (crushed)
• 6 to 8 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
• 2 to 3 tbsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 2 Egg whites (beaten till stiff)
• sufficient oil to shallow fry
• pepper as per taste
• Vinegar to taste
• salt to taste
Method:
- In a bowl mix the mashed fish with the rest of the ingredients (except egg whites and oil).
- Divide into 12 equal portions and shape each into kababs.
- Dip in the egg whites and shallow fry in hot oil on a medium flame till golden brown on both sides.
