Ingredients:

• 2 Pomfret fish (boiled, skinned, deboned and mashed)
• 3 to 4 Green chillies (crushed)
• 1 piece Ginger (crushed)
• 6 to 8 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
• 2 to 3 tbsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 2 Egg whites (beaten till stiff)
• sufficient oil to shallow fry
• pepper as per taste
• Vinegar to taste
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a bowl mix the mashed fish with the rest of the ingredients (except egg whites and oil).
  2. Divide into 12 equal portions and shape each into kababs.
  3. Dip in the egg whites and shallow fry in hot oil on a medium flame till golden brown on both sides.
