
Ingredients:
• 1 pack – Tofu
• 6 tbsp – vegetable broth
• 2 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
• 4 tsp – Balsamic Vinegar
• 2 tsp – soy sauce
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – crushed chilli flakes
Method:
- Dice the tofu and shallow fry until all the sides are brown. Keep aside.
- Mix the broth, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, corn flour, oil and chilli flakes together.
- Heat for a minute in a pan, till the raw smell of corn flour goes away.
- Add the diced tofu.
- Serve with white rice or fried rice.
