Ingredients:
• 4 – large tomatoes, chopped finely
• 4 – green chillies, chopped
• 2 – large onions, sliced finely
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• Juice of 1 Lime
• 2 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions till golden brown.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, chillies, salt, pepper and lime juice.
- Simmer on low heat till the tomatoes are cooked to a pulp and all the water dries up.
- Serve with rice, chapattis, etc.
