Ingredients:
• 100 g – margarine or Butter
• 2 tbsp – cheese
• A pinch – chilli powder
• 100 g – plain flour
• A pinch – salt
• To be mixed into a cheese topping:
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 3 tbsp – fresh Cream
• 3 tbsp – grated cheese
• A pinch – chilli powder
• For the decoration:
• 4 – Olives
• A pinch – salt
Method:
- Beat the butter until light and creamy.
- Add the cheese, chilli powder and salt and beat again.
- Add the flour and make a dough.
- Roll the dough and cut into small thin rounds.
- Bake in a moderately hot oven at 180 degree C (375 degree F) for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Before serving, fit a star nozzle in a piping bag and fill the bag with the cheese topping.
- Pipe out a circle on each round and decorate with sliced olives.
