
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – macaroni (boiled)
• 1 – Onion
• 2 – Tomatoes
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 cup – water
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 2 tbsp – Cream
• 1 cup – Tomato sauce
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, toss onions in it and then cook tomatoes.
- Add salt, pepper, garam masala and water followed by the boiled pasta. Cover the lid and cook for 2 mins.
- Lift the lid and add cream, butter and tomato sauce.
- Mix well for 2 mins and serve hot.
