Ingredients:

• 2 cups- basmati Rice
• 4-5 bunches of fresh Methi leaves (fenugreek leaves)
• Mustard Seeds
• 3 tbsp- oil
• pinch- Hing
• 4-5 Green chillies
• salt
• 1.5 cups- peas

Method:

  1. Cook the basmati rice and leave it to cool. Wash the methi leaves and cut finely.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadai.
  3. Add mustard seeds, hing and green chillies. Add the methi leaves and peas and saute for 5 mins.
  4. Cover with a lid and let cook for 8 mins.
  5. Remove from heat, add the rice and salt and mix well.
  6. Makes a very tasty rice dish in just few minutes.
