
Ingredients:
• 250 g – fresh green grams
• 50 g – grated Cabbage
• 50 g – shredded Carrot
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• salt
• 1 tbsp – chaat masala
• 2 tbsp – besan
• oil
Method:
- Crush the green gram, cabbage and carrot in the mixer.
- Add chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves to the mixture.
- Add the salt, chaat masala and besan.
- Make small balls and deep fry.
- Enjoy with sauce as snack.
