Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – skimmed Milk
• 1/2 tsp – Fennel seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 cup – ground Sugar
• 4 tsp – pure Ghee
• 1 sheet – Vark

Method:

  1. Knead the flour with milk till it is soft.
  2. Make two thick chapatis and lightly roast; apply ghee so that it doesn’t dry.
  3. Now tear these chapatis and when they cool, grind them with fennel seeds and cardamom powder.
  4. Add powdered sugar, and mix them properly with hand till it is smooth.
  5. Make ladoos and apply a little vark on each piece. Serve.
