
Ingredients:
• 1 Cup- whole green moong dal
• 1/4 cup- Raw Rice
• 1 no- Onion
• 4-6 nos- Green chillies
• 1 tsp- Jeera
• 1 inch- Ginger
• 1/2 cup- Coriander leaves
• some Curry leaves
• salt to taste
Method:
- Soak moong dal and rice in water for at least 6 hours.
- After 6 hrs, grind everything (except curry leave) into slightly coarse batter .
- Add curry leaves to the batter
- Heat a tawa, make thin and crisp dosas.
- Pesarattu is ready.
- serve it with coconut chutney or dahi.
- If you don’t want to grind onion, you can also cut it and put later.
