
Ingredients:
• Meat – 1/2 kg
• Green chillies – 6-7
• Dried red chillies – 2-3
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1.5 tsp
• Ghee – 2 tsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add the slit green chillies, dried red chillies and the ginger garlic paste. Fry till done.
- Now add the sliced meat. Add salt. Stir well.
- Now add 1/4 cup of water. Cook for 25 mins on low flame.
- Serve with rice.
