Ingredients:
• 2 cups – cooked Rice
• 1-onion (chopped)
• 1 cup – frozen Green peas
• 1/2 cup – Prawns (cleaned)
• 1 tsp – Garlic (minced)
• 1 tsp – Ginger (grated)
• 2 tbsp – light soya sauce
• 1 tsp – white pepper powder
• 1/4 cup – Spring onions (chopped)
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Heat enough oil in a wok, add the minced garlic and grated ginger and fry for few minutes.
- Add the onions and cook them for few seconds.
- Now add the frozen peas, prawns and saute for few more minutes.
- Now add the light soya sauce, white pepper powder, salt (if needed) to the peas-prawns mixture. Cook for few minutes.
- Finally add the cooked rice and chopped spring onions and toss everything gently.
- Enjoy hot with your favourite side dish.
