Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Kiwi (chopped)
• 1/4 cup – Dates (chopped and soaked in hot water)
• 2 cups – Yoghurt
• 1/2 cup – Cornflakes
• Honey as needed

Method:

  1. Blend together the chopped kiwi, dates, yoghurt, cornflakes and honey into a thick smoothie.
  2. Serve chilled or with ice cubes.
