Ingredients:
• 2 – medium size Onions
• 6 to 7 – Green chillies
• Tamarind
• cumin
• mustard
• salt to taste
Method:
- In a pan, take oil and add cumin, mustard, cubed onions, tamarind, salt and green chillies.
- Cover and cook on low flame till the onions are light brown.
- Once onions are light brown remove from gas. Cool and grind it.
- Serve with steamed rice and ghee.
