
Ingredients:
• 3 – large Potatoes boiled, peeled and cut into small chunks.
• 1- medium size Pineapple cut into small chunks or 1 can of processed Pineapple chunks.
• 1- large Onion chopped
• 3 tbsp – Cream
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp – chopped mint.
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together gently
- Place in a serving bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
