Ingredients:

• 10 to 12 – big Mushrooms
• 1 – small capsicum, diced finely
• 1 – small carrot, diced finely
• 1 – Garlic pod, finely chopped
• 4 to 5 tbsp – cheese
• 1 tsp – Butter
• To taste – salt
• To taste – black pepper powder

Method:

  1. Plunge the washed mushrooms in boiling water for 5 mins and drain.
  2. Cut the stems of the mushrooms.
  3. Take a small glass bowl, and add butter. Microwave for 10 seconds.
  4. Saute the chopped garlic for 10 seconds.
  5. Add capsicum, carrot and saute it for 5 mins.
  6. Now add black pepper and salt to taste.
  7. Stuff this mixture in the mushrooms, pressing the mixture as far as possible and garnish with grated cheese.
  8. Microwave for 1 minute or till the cheese turns brown.
