
Ingredients:
• 10 to 12 – big Mushrooms
• 1 – small capsicum, diced finely
• 1 – small carrot, diced finely
• 1 – Garlic pod, finely chopped
• 4 to 5 tbsp – cheese
• 1 tsp – Butter
• To taste – salt
• To taste – black pepper powder
Method:
- Plunge the washed mushrooms in boiling water for 5 mins and drain.
- Cut the stems of the mushrooms.
- Take a small glass bowl, and add butter. Microwave for 10 seconds.
- Saute the chopped garlic for 10 seconds.
- Add capsicum, carrot and saute it for 5 mins.
- Now add black pepper and salt to taste.
- Stuff this mixture in the mushrooms, pressing the mixture as far as possible and garnish with grated cheese.
- Microwave for 1 minute or till the cheese turns brown.
