
Ingredients:
• 1 – Raw banana
• 1 – small Carrot
• 3 – Drumsticks
• 1/4 kg – white pumpkin
• A small piece of Suran
• 100 g – French beans
• 1 – Brinjal
• 1 – Potato
• 7 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• A few – Curry leaves
• 1 pinch – Cumin seeds
• 3/4th of a fresh coconut, grated
• 1/2 cup – churned curds
• 2 tbsp – Coconut oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Peel and thinly slice the vegetables and the banana length wise.
- Cut beans and drumsticks into long pieces.
- Cook all the vegetables, except suran with a little water, curry leaves, turmeric and salt.
- Pressure cook the suran and then add to the rest of the vegetables.
- Grind the coconut, green chillies, cumin seeds to a fine paste with a little water.
- Add this paste to the cooked vegetables and bring it to boil.
- Then add the churned curds, remaining curry leaves, coconut oil and salt. Cook thoroughly.
- Serve hot with boiled rice and pappadam.
