Ingredients:
• Dosa / Idly Batter – 1 cup
• Potato – 1 no. Peeled and cut into cubes
• Beans – 1 small cup
• Carrot – 1 Small Cup
• Paneer cubes – 1/2 cup
• Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp
• Green chillies sliced on the sides vertically – 2 nos
• Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves cut into small pieces
• Ghee – 3 tsp
Method:
- Take a Microwave supported flat shaped 1 Inch deep plate
- Grease ghee at the bottom of the Plate
- Add Dosa batter into the plate so as to cover half the plate.
- Spread vegetables and paneer on top of the batter.
- Sprinkle tomato sauce on top of the vegetables.
- Place Green chilies and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Spread one spoon of ghee on sides of the plate.
- Sprinkle salt on top to taste.
- Keep in medium heat in the microwave for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with coconut chutney
