Ingredients:

• Dosa / Idly Batter – 1 cup
• Potato – 1 no. Peeled and cut into cubes
• Beans – 1 small cup
• Carrot – 1 Small Cup
• Paneer cubes – 1/2 cup
• Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp
• Green chillies sliced on the sides vertically – 2 nos
• Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves cut into small pieces
• Ghee – 3 tsp

Method:

  1. Take a Microwave supported flat shaped 1 Inch deep plate
  2. Grease ghee at the bottom of the Plate
  3. Add Dosa batter into the plate so as to cover half the plate.
  4. Spread vegetables and paneer on top of the batter.
  5. Sprinkle tomato sauce on top of the vegetables.
  6. Place Green chilies and garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Spread one spoon of ghee on sides of the plate.
  8. Sprinkle salt on top to taste.
  9. Keep in medium heat in the microwave for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove from heat and serve hot with coconut chutney
