
Ingredients:
• 300 gms – Jaggery
• 5 to 6 – green Cardamom pods
• 1/4 tsp – dry Ginger powder
• 1 – medium lemon, juice extracted, strained
• 600 ml – ice cold water
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Grate jaggery and add to chilled water.
- Crush cardamom granules with a mallet.
- Add to mixture along with ginger powder.
- Stir continuously till ingredients blend well in water.
- Add lemon juice and salt and stir again.
- Serve this cooling drink in tall frosted glasses.
