Ingredients:

• 2 – eggs
• 4-5 tbsp – diced Mushrooms
• 1 – green pepper
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – grated cheese
• 1 tsp – pepper
• salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Preheat the frying pan on medium heat for 2-2.5 mins.
  2. Break egg into a bowl and whip briskly with a fork.
  3. Add other ingredients, stir quickly and pour into pre-heated pan.
  4. Tilt the pan, if necessary, to distribute the omelette evenly.
  5. Then cook for 1.5 minutes or until the bottom of omelettes is firm and lightly browned.
  6. With wooden or plastic spatula, turn omelette over and cook 1-1.5 minutes
  7. Slip omelette out of pan into plate.
