Ingredients:
• Peas – 1 cup.
• Onion, finely chopped – 1/2 cup.
• Tomato puree – 2 tsp.
• Curd – 1 tbsp.
• Coriander leaves – A handful.
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp.
• Turmeric powder – a pinch.
• Chilli powder to taste.
• oil for cooking.
Method:
- Put some oil (2 to 3 tsp) in a pan. Fry chopped onions.
- When it become light brown, put peas, tomato puree, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, curd and salt.
- Saute continuously for 10 minutes.
- Simmer for few minutes until oil separates.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with chapattis.
