
Ingredients:
• 900 g – Green chillies
• 2 tbsp – cumin
• 1 handful – amchur
• 1 inch piece – Turmeric
• 3 pods – Garlic (sliced)
• 2 cups – oil
• Vinegar, sugar, salt to taste
Method:
- Pound cumin, amchur, turmeric and salt together.
- Now mix with the green chillies.
- Heat the oil and add the sliced garlic.
- When this turns brown, add the chilli mixture, vinegar, sugar and cook well.
- Cool and bottle.
