- Wash and dry the okra thoroughly. Remove the caps and tips, and make a vertical slit halfway into each okra.
- Mix all the masalas together and fill this mixture into the okra slit.
- Place the stuffed okras in a pie dish and pour some oil over them.
- Microwave on high for 3-4 mins.
- Serve hot with chapattis.
