Method:

  1. Wash and dry the okra thoroughly. Remove the caps and tips, and make a vertical slit halfway into each okra.
  2. Mix all the masalas together and fill this mixture into the okra slit.
  3. Place the stuffed okras in a pie dish and pour some oil over them.
  4. Microwave on high for 3-4 mins.
  5. Serve hot with chapattis.
